About the Role

As Fraser Health advances its commitment to enhancing care delivery through virtual methods, the eHealth Virtual Health project team is actively adapting to meet evolving needs by implementing and integrating new solutions. This current phase of the program focuses on establishing a digital virtual-first platform to serve as the virtual front door to Fraser Health. This initiative involves deploying and managing various virtual health technologies, including virtual visit systems, remote patient monitoring solutions, and telemedicine projects. The BA outlined within this SOW will be required to possess strong business process acumen, ensuring they have deep understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized to achieve organizational goals. Other project work, includes project planning, in-depth workflow analysis, detailed requirements gathering, understanding of technical integrations and interoperability principles. By facilitating these advancements, Fraser Health aims to improve accessibility and efficiency in patient care through innovative virtual solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong technical proficiency and business acumen is required, as well as the following functions:

o   Process mapping and analysis

o   Requirements gathering including strong stakeholder engagement, rigorous methodical documentation.

o   Support with solution design

  • Change management including assisting in the change management strategy that includes writing change management documents, creating training documents and videos, training end users, and supporting the team with change management activities

o   Understanding and utilization of performance measurement tools (defining KPIs, continuous improvement methods).

o   Strong communication and collaboration skills, including clear and concise documentation (project reports etc.)

  • Knowledge of technical integrations, architecture and HI system design

  • Assist & support with usability analysis and benefits realization plan (if required)

  • Participate in testing if required including:

    • Developing test scripts

    • Completing and executing test plans

    • Resolving issues

 

  • Other services needed:

    • Participate as a functional member of the team

    • Provide mentorship to the team

    • Escalate risks, issues, and constraints to the Project Manager and business stakeholders as appropriate

    • Serve as a liaison between the technology teams and business teams

    • Provide status reporting to the Project Manager

    • Take on additional assignments as required by the program/project manager
