About the Role
Objective: To support change management communications around the HCMS implementation and roll out by developing a unifying brand & brand strategy.
Approach: Take a 2-phased approach to brand development and application, supporting the Change Management, Communications and Engagement work stream, and other project collaborators, with consistently branded tools and assets as required while supporting the broader internal communication objectives across the different health regions.
PHASE ONE – Name & Brand Development
Objective: To create a unifying and consistent HCMS name and brand identity that will be a beacon of standardization and support for the HCMS project, from late in the discovery phase through implementation and application.
Approach: Take a collaborative approach to build a future-focused, flexible brand and design system promoting buy-in and participation across the provincial health authorities, from key project collaborators to the communications leads in the regional health authorities.
PHASE TWO – Brand Standardization
Objective: To create a visual and verbal brand standards guide for consistent application and a branded suite of communications tools for immediate use by Team Workday, the HCMS change management and communication team and advisory network, and other project collaborators.
Approach: Build upon the approved name and identity system to ensure all project communications, regardless of the source, are consistently branded.
This phase will also require close collaboration with Team Workday & HCMS change management and communication team and advisory network to identify and assess critical brand touchpoints for the rollout. This identification process may reveal the need to produce additional assets to support the launch of the HCMS project.
